Soroptimists are women of all ages, cultures and ethnic groups. They are working moms and single women; small business owners and corporate executives; attorneys, teachers and physicians. Soroptimists are leaders across all professional disciplines who also serve as role models for younger women at the beginning of their careers. The common thread that connects all Soroptimist is their desire to make a difference for others through volunteer service
Soroptimist International of Baldy View was established in 1988. Our club is 1 of 17 clubs in District 1 of the Golden West Region. The Golden West Region is comprised of 4 Districts and includesRiverside and San Bernardino Counties in California, and the states of Arizona and New Mexico.
Soroptimist International of Baldy View strives to be a global voice for women through awareness, advocacy and action. We identify special needs within the community, and then work to establish projects to then meet those needs. The organization is committed to serving local, national and international communities.
In order for our organization to provide the services we do, we must have money! So fundraising is a part of what we do, and we look to the people and business in this community to support us in our endeavors. If you would like to make a donation through a monitary gift or with your time we would love to hear from you.
